pkrslote is an online gaming platform operating at pkrslote.com. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, pkrslote is the data controller — meaning we are the organisation responsible for deciding how and why personal data associated with your account is collected and processed.
This Privacy Policy applies to all personal data collected through the pkrslote website, mobile browser interface and any associated services or communications channels including email, live chat and customer support. pkrslote receives confirmation data from payment processors when transactions are completed or declined. Identity verification providers may return a match/no-match result and confidence score. Fraud prevention services may provide a risk flag associated with a particular IP address or payment method. pkrslote does not receive full financial account data from any of these third-party providers.
pkrslote uses your personal data only for the purposes described below. We do not use your data for any purpose that you would reasonably find surprising or that conflicts with the reason it was originally provided.

pkrslote uses third-party fraud prevention and anti-money laundering services. These services receive transaction metadata and device/IP data to generate risk assessments. They do not receive your full personal profile or account history.
pkrslote will share personal data with law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required by applicable law or valid legal process. pkrslote will not voluntarily disclose personal data to authorities beyond what is legally required.
No international transfers without protection: Where any third-party partner processes data outside Pakistan, pkrslote ensures appropriate contractual protections are in place to maintain the same level of data security that applies within pkrslote's own systems.
pkrslote uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on the Platform. A cookie is a small text file stored on your device that helps the Platform remember information about your session and preferences.
You can control non-essential cookies through your browser settings. Disabling analytics or functional cookies will not prevent you from using pkrslote but may affect certain convenience features. Disabling essential cookies will impair the Platform's ability to function correctly.
pkrslote retains personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, subject to any longer retention periods required by applicable law.
Once the applicable retention period expires, personal data is securely deleted or anonymised. pkrslote does not retain personal data "just in case" beyond the periods stated above.

Your role in security: pkrslote's security measures protect data on our end — but your account's security also depends on you using a strong unique password, not sharing your credentials, and contacting pkrslote support immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised.

You can request a copy of all personal data pkrslote holds about you. We will provide this within 30 days of a verified request.
If any personal data pkrslote holds about you is inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right to request a correction. Most contact and account details can be updated directly in your account settings.
You may request deletion of your personal data where it is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, subject to retention obligations under applicable law.
In certain circumstances you can request that pkrslote restrict processing of your data — for example, while a dispute about data accuracy is under investigation.
Where technically feasible, you can request your personal data in a structured, machine-readable format so that it can be transferred to another service provider of your choice.

How to submit a data rights request: Email support@pkrslote.com with the subject line "Data Rights Request" and include your registered name, account email and the specific right you wish to exercise. We may need to verify your identity before processing the request. All requests are responded to within 30 days.
pkrslote is strictly an 18+ platform. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 18. The registration process requires confirmation of age and pkrslote's KYC process verifies this through identity documents.
If pkrslote becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a player who is under 18 years of age, the account will be immediately suspended, all real-money balances will be returned to the originating payment method and the personal data will be deleted from pkrslote's systems as quickly as possible.
If you believe that a person under 18 has registered on pkrslote, please contact support@pkrslote.com immediately. We take these reports seriously and investigate them as a matter of priority.
pkrslote may send you marketing communications about new games, promotions, bonuses and platform updates. These communications are sent by email and through in-platform notifications.
During registration you have the option to consent to receiving marketing communications from pkrslote. This consent is separate from your agreement to the Terms and Conditions — declining marketing communications does not affect your ability to use the Platform.
You can withdraw your consent to marketing communications at any time through your account notification settings, or by clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email from pkrslote. Opting out does not affect transactional communications — pkrslote will still send you notifications directly related to your account such as deposit confirmations, withdrawal processing updates and security alerts.
pkrslote may personalise marketing communications based on your platform activity — for example, highlighting games you have played before, or promotions relevant to sports you bet on regularly. This personalisation uses your pkrslote activity data only and does not involve any third-party data brokers.
pkrslote may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the Platform, new processing activities, changes in applicable law, or improvements in our data practices. The effective date shown at the top of this page is updated with each revision.
Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect how your data is used or your rights over it — pkrslote will notify affected players through an in-platform notification displayed when you next log in, giving you the opportunity to review the changes before continuing to use the Platform. For minor or clarificatory changes, updating the effective date may be the only notification provided.
